Coached at Nassau as an assistant under George Powers prior to becoming head coach. Also was an assistant at Adelphi University under Sandy Kapatos, Maritime under Dan Lawrence, Bellmore under Craig Papach, and North Shore under Aaron Kozlowski. Professional lacrosse players, World Team Members, All-Americans, National Championships, 3x National Coach of the Year, proven track-record.

Defensive Coordinator Nassau Community College - 4 years Back to Back National Champions 2021-2022 Richmond starting defender Nassau starting Defender Team Captain and Two-Time NJCAA All -American Nick has been the Defensive Coordinator for Nassau Community College since 2019-2020. He was an integral part of their Back to Back National Championships in 2021 and 2022. Nick has coached over 30 All-Americans during his coaching tenure. At Nassau CC as a player, Nick was a 2 Time 1st team All-American playing for Coach George Powers and team Captain in 2016. After Nassau CC, Nick played at University of Richmond where he started every game his senior season and played under defensive coordinator Paul Richards. Nick helped lead Richmond to their 1st Socon championship in 2018. Nick was a three year starting Defenseman for Massapequa High School and team Captain in 2014. Helped lead Massapequa to their 1st New York State Championship in 2014. Two-Time Nassau County Defensive MVP. Selected to the 2014 All Long- Island Team and 2 time All Nassau County Defenseman
